Hi PJ, that's not going to be an easy question to answer. I just doubt someone involved in nursing in Madrid is going to stop by here. Have you checked out the many job sites (http://www.spainexpat.com/spain/information/jobs_in_spain/) out there yet? Also note that, whatever country we're talking about, unless you're fluent in the local language a health care job is more than likely going to go to a local.
Keep looking around the web though, but note that these kinds of jobs might be easier to find once you're located in Madrid.
