How Do You Telephone 1004 Using Skype?

Hello,
I am trying to telephone the "help" desk at Telefonica using Skype ( so I can record the call ) but it always says the number is invalid. Does anyone know if there is a way to do it?

that is a short code you will need the full number. Have a look if they give one you can use from a mobile as this should be the full number.
