I’m a complete newbie at this, I’m NOT great with computers, and I have absolutely no one else to ask.I’ve just downloaded OpenOffice (on a frien’d recomendation) and I got the Swedish 4.0.1 version. The first thing I realized was that it didn’t correct any english misspellings, which I thought was a bit odd. But the “help”-section linked me to a site where I downloaded an US English Dictionary-extension, and now it corrects my terrible english errors beautifully. But whether I’m writing in english or swedish, it doesn’t seem to know any grammar. Or synonyms, since the thesaurus option in “Tools” is grey and un-clickable and it doesn’t matter how many times I press Ctrl+F7.

Please help.
