Attachment problems

Hi guys,

i have 6 mate 3 for a proyect, there is a problem with the opticre and i dont know what's the reason, we are using an static ip for each mate 3, we are providing connection with vsat tecnology, i can ping the vsat but there is no way i can enter to the opticre, sometimes when i unplug the mate 3 and plug in again, i can enter to the opticre but after a few minutes i cant log in again, its updated to the 03.015.03 firmware.

Please help.
