Als Content Moderator arbeitest du mit verschiedenen Social Media Plattformen, pr?fst und ?berwachst die Websites auf missbr?uchliche, gewaltt?tige oder andere unangemessene Inhalte und sorgst f?r eine sichere Nutzerumgebung in der Community.
Das Filtern von Bildern, Videos, Artikeln und Audioclips mag eventuell nach einer unterhaltsamen und einfachen T?tigkeit klingen, jedoch werden Bewerber darauf hingewiesen, dass der Inhalt in einigen F?llen starke und abscheuliche Inhalte enthalten kann und deshalb nicht f?r jeden geeignet ist.

As a Content Moderator you will work across various social media platforms, screening and monitoring the sites for abusive, violent or other inappropriate content and ensuring a safe experience for its users and communities.
Screening pictures, videos, articles and audio clips might sound like a fun and easy task, perhaps similar to how you spend your free time, but applicants are urged to keep in mind that the content will in some cases contain strong and abhorrent images, and is not recommended for the easily offended.

REQUIREMENTS
Gew?nschte F?higkeiten und Anforderungen:
- Hohe Sprachkompetenz in Deutsch und Umgangsenglisch
- Erfahrung in Content Moderation, Customer Service oder anderem Contact Center

- Jegliche Erfahrung mit k?nstlicher Intelligenz ist ein plus
Desired skills and experiences:
- Complete fluency in German and conversational English
- Experience within content moderation, customer service or other contact center
environments
- Good technical understanding
- Professional experience with social media platforms is desired
- Any experience with artificial intelligence is considered an added value
