Hi I am currently trying to seek info about working in the skincare, and spa industry in Spain. I can’t seem to find info about what kind of hours of study does Spain require in order to work as an Esthetician (skincare specialist). Do you have to have a lisence like it is in the US?? If any one would happen know could you please pass it on…..............

As I saw no one had replied to you I asked my Spanish wife - she thinks that the Spanish take a 3yr course to become qualified. Opening business premises will require a licence from the local town hall. The Brits advertise these services in the local Brit newspapers - as to what their qualifications are is anyones guess. There is also a ?school? advertising NVQs in these sort of things. Sorry cant be more precise. Good luck.
