Telefonica refuse to release my line to a 3rd party ADSL supplier

I have today been told that although my exchange is now capable of providing ADSL, I must buy it from Telefonica as they are refusing to release my line to any other 3rd part.

Has anyone else experiencing this and how did you deal with it?

Keep ringing telefonica until they do release it. on 1004

Tell them you will go to local media.
