Help!!

I am trying to find out details of what papers myself and my partner would need to marry in Spain, my parents are residents there already and I have an NIE number.

If my partner went to spain as a tourist and we got married in Spain could he change his visa while in the country to enable him to work so we could live there indefinetly?

I am also pregnant and due in April, we would want to also have the baby in Spain, does this make things any easier and faster? we only have 4 months to sort everything out.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

In spain you much easier/quicker talk to lawyers and the like:
My suggestion would be to do that, find a lawyers office, or a notario, and ask them…
