Hi Wiggy, I cant believe no one has replied to you! usually the mention if Estate Agents invokes some comments! I think you will be lucky to find a house in Barcelona city centre and if you do you will have needed to have won the lottery! Sorry I have no personal recommendations - as usual suggest you do research on the web and then go to Barcelona and see the areas you like. If the agents dont speak English you will have to find a translator which I would not think would be to difficult. Good Luck.
