Hi there, In the new year my partner and I are moving to Finca near a town called Montoro in Cordoba province. Anyone else live around this area? We are hoping to do a bit of B and B, chill out and maybe breed a few Alpacas 😊

Nice property and lovelly setting.

What interested me most of all looking at the photos, was they have kept the “chapa” roof. Most of my customers usually require this to be the very first thing they want changing and replaced with a tiled roof. In actuality though, if the chapa boards are supported well enough and sealed well around the joints and fixing points, they do last a long time.

Unfortunately though, it’s usually the case with properties I work on, that the chapa is in a poor state of repair, inadequately supported and needs to be replaced. It’s nice though, to see a property that still has it and in such an excellent state of repair. 😊
