I have a few questions regarding the Visado de Reagrupacion Familiar.  I have looked through the forum and found some stuff about this visa, but no answers to my specific questions - if I missed them, please let me know and forgive me for repeating!

My fiancee, who is Colombian and currently a Resident in Spain, will complete one year of Residency in October 2008 (he got his Residency in Oct 2007).  We have been told that once he completes a year, he can apply for a Family Reunification visa for me.
  a.  Is it true that he needs ONE year of Residency?  because someone else told me he needs TWO years.
  b.  I will be arriving in Spain on a Tourist visa, quite a few months before he can apply for me.  If I overstay my tourist visa by a couple of months, will I have a problem getting my Visado?
  c.  Just wanted to verify that one can WORK LEGALLY on this type of visa?  and, assuming this is so, can I start working legally while I am waiting for the Visado to be ready (I was told it can take up to four months)?
