I have a furnished apartment (http://www.hot-villa.com) that i rent out for short term lets mostly to Americans and English. I’ve been through the headache of putting together the infrastructure from the point at which i get a booking through to handing over of keys and post rental check, clean, laundry and setting up for the next arrival. So now i can help you by taking your headache away for a fixed fee per rental, if you don’t have a rental you don’t pay, no monthly fixed fee or any such thing, although if you prefer a monthly fee we can probably reach some agreement.
Now you won’t have to worry about aligning your own vacations/business trips with your apartment rental, you can come and go as you please, no need to block out dates because you’re due to be away. No waiting for the renters to arrive on delayed flights etc, I’ll take care of all that for you.
