After moving from the UK I am trying to use my UK TV set (brand is JVC) to receive Spanish terrestrial TV channels but all I can get is image, with no sound whatsoever apart from an annoying blur of noise and traffic. Has anyone experienced this and, more importantly, solved this??

I read on another site that if you buy a cheap video player and put the reception through this first and join the video to the tv with a scart it should work.
