What is the market like for ESL schools and colleges in Spain?

I know there are A LOT of them. But, that is usually indication of a high demand.

Can anybody give me an idea of what the ESL business is like in Spain?

Are the classes full? Or are the schools struggling to survive?

Thanks!

Hi Adrian. i don’t know whether it is good news or bad news but i am hoping to set up my EFL school in spain too. i am planning to go to Malaga. what is your destination. maybe we could exchange info in the future. i have great hopes as the majority of the info/opinion/economic facts i have seen out there seem positive with the occasional negatives, but you cannot avoid that can you? my only worry is the recent credit crunch and i feel that whatever i do this year and wherever i live, my life will certainly be affected by it. any thoughts? regards, andrea

Would you like to hire a very good ESL teacher? I love Malaga and I can speak Spanish fairly well. I have professional standards.
I can email my CV. It is in Spanish and English
