I cancelled my contract with Orange, and wen't over to Telefonica Movistar on a Tarrif Plan 30 in August 2007, it was done over the phone, they sen't 2 phone's out to me, which i asked for, but sen't no Contract. My Wife and i have had nothing but trouble with Movistar every month since, therefore wish to cancel both Phone's, because we never signed any contract, can we just phone up and cancel without paying a cancelation fee, because we have no Contract.

Good question - one would think having signed nothing you would be clear to revert to Orange but knowing how tricky Movistar can be I doubt it!

Also I very much doubt they would release you actual phone numbers so you can take them back to Orange (assuming you did this when you left Orange) and you want to keep them. (The same numbers are transportable if you didnt know)

And of course as they have your bank account numbers they willtake what they think is due to them!

But try - you never know!

Thank You for your advice Rob. I have phoned them, and your right they are difficult, so it seems we will have to carry on with the Contract. Anthony
