We are looking to move to Barcelona permanently in the next 2 or 3 months and are seeking a flat for long-term rental.

Preferred areas: Gracia, St Gervasi, El Putxet, Eixample (Dret or Esquerra), Poble Sec, Valcarca. 80 square metres plus. Max ?1,300 per month. Decent-sized Terrace essential, prefer higher floor. UNFURNISHED. Does not have to be immaculate. We know Barcelona very well.

We are a responsible middle-aged couple, writers/academics, no children. We would take good care of your property, we are quiet and would respect the neighbours.  We are solvent. This is a genuine enquiry.
