I am hoping someone will be able to help me with the dreaded Telefonica ADSL department:
I used telefonica in English to set up ADSL 2mg, I was installed a 1mg line, which is no good to me. I cannot get anyone to help or install the correct line, but what they can do is to take the charge for the 2mg, I have 6 claims with them but I am getting anywhere, Does anyone know of a head office number?
