UK Business in Spain

I am moving a UK LTD company out to Spain, the two employees are English, and I am wondering what is the best way to pay them, ie should I pay them in the UK in ? they will then pay PAYE in the UK, or should I pay them in Euro into a Spanish a/c. I have no idea on the tax implications.
Pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated

Those are some pretty big questions. Unless someone who has done the same or specializes in taxes pops by and sees your question I think your best bet is to find a tax lawyer (probably better here in Spain) and they'll help you out. Check out http://www.strongabogados.com for help transfering the company as they'll probably know the answers to all the tax questions you'll have too. Then again they might not... ;) but there are plenty of lawyers specializing in your situation down here.

Yeah, I thought it was quite a question as I typed it! I will take a look at the site you have given me, and will hopefully find some answers. We have a year, but want to make sure everything is in place for the move.

I'm sure I will be back on with a hundred more questions before then. In the meantime thank you for all of your help so far !
