OK I am from the US and sending my friend in Spain a package.  It was spices and 4 bottles of Acidolphulus.  She is lactose intollerant and cant find the stuff over there.

She got notified she had a package and went to the post office and got this note

Paquetes Postales

What does she need to do to rescue it and what do I need to do NEXT time I send something.

I wish I had found this site before I mailed this.

Just a little history…......My friend is from the US married and Brit and moved to the UK.  He got a new job that is in Gibralter so they moved in the last few months.  So this is as new to her as to me.

I have just told her about this site and hope she joins here as well.

Well, first thing to do would be to call the numbers provided and see if they can help. They might even speak basic English.

Second thing to note is that one can obtain Acidophilus pills in Spain. Although being lactose intolerant myself (not that you needed to know that) I noticed that Spanish milk doesn’t have the same effect on me. It could be because it’s “sanitized” to hell, but it worked. Just avoid the fresh stuff (it goes bad inside of 2 days anyway, so skip it).
