My name is Amy and I am 23 years old.  I am currently seeking a temporary position working from July 25th to August 30th.  I would be interested in working in a small family run business such as a B&B;, restaurant, Bar, Cafe etc.  I have many years experience in the Hospitality Industry (please see my work history below) and I work extremely hard.  I am hoping to find a month long position that will enable me to develop my spanish speaking skills, living in a community where there are many spanish speaking locals.  I am willing to work for a very small allowance if you are able to provide accomodation and meals.

This is an important experience for me and I am willing to give my all and to adapt to a wide variety of working conditions.
