hello my name is k i am presently living in Dublin Ireland. i am an
asylum
seeker here in Ireland, i am married to a Spanish citizen here in
Dublin,
since we got married in 2006. as a spouse of an EU citizen we decided
to
applied for my residency here in Ireland based on our marriage. we now
apply using the EU1 APPLICATION FORM. after waiting for duration of 8
months without taking any job just be depending on my wife, my
application
was refused. up till date i have not be working my wife as been
supporting
me for 2years now and its is really hell feeding with just one income.
The
reason the department of justices state that i have to be legally
living in
any member state before arriving to Ireland. so based on the decision
of the
high court, all non EU married to EU application has been frozen. to
cut
long story short. my self and wife are planing moving back to her own
country which is Spain. we are trying to apply to the Spanish embassy
here
in Dublin. my question is that will there be any problem getting a visa
from Ireland to spain? any little help will be highly appreciated.
