Is there any information about the procedure regarding my situation explained in the above title? Perhaps contact person of some legit lawyers in Barcelona?
I have looked up the forum but only found the situation for family regrouping where the sponsor is EU citizen (e.g. British).

Short info about my case.
I am non EU citizen working in Spain. I am already here in Spain and came with Working Visa.
I and my wife applied for the visa type D in the very same time in December last year to Spanish Embassy in my home country. In February, only my visa was granted. But, until today there is no news regarding Visa of her.

I really appreciate if you could give me a hint.
