Hi there,

I am a NON-EU citizen. My Spanish friend who is working in a company and has a good salary has offered me a job. (Not by a company but by an individual cos we are told so by officials) We went to necessary places to get needed papers. Such as first of all to the “subdelegacion del gobierno” and they gave us 3 papers to fill. and then we went to “seguridad social” to prove that my friend has a good paying job and he is a spaniard.

then i signed the needed blanks and left my passport photocopy with pictures. And at the begining of march he faxed all those papers to the number which was given us from subdelegacion del gobierno. it already has been 2 months and they havent sent the feedback mail to call my friend to the interview.

My question is my chance can be high to get my work visa because i have been offered by an individual? and how long does it take to get such papers from subdelegacion to start processing my work visa? (By the way i have been in spain 3 times for 90 days each as a tourist. cos of my passport i didnt need to get visa. but for work visa i will have to change its type and get a new one. so i left the present one’s photocopy)

Any help would be appreciated…

Thanks for all here!!!! 😊
