Can anyone help. My Spanish Solicitor has got nowhere in over 2 years. BBVA have taken 7850 Euros out of our account to bolster our sons account after his business went belly up. She now says this is legal in Spain! I don’t believe this. My son is 30. I am on pension only and they have emptied my savings account. I am looking now to sell my house to release cash to live on. She tells me the matter is with the Bank of Spain (ombudsman??) What can I do? I can’t afford to start all over again with a new Solicitor.
