Hello there everyone. We moved to Spain last December (finished work in UK etc) but we are still receiving a small tax credit and child benefit for our son each month.
Am I still entitled to claim this?
Will they ask for it back/is there a way to avoid giving any overpayments back?
What should I do?

I am not sure if it is legal to claim these benefits if you are now legally resident in Spain. I suggest you search the relevant UK government site to clarify this.
