Don't know any in the capital, but I used to babysit for a family that worked in the mines in Rio Tinto owned by a British company.

I think there are more Sevilla west area, thats where we are.

*Waving from the crowd of Spaniards* I'm an English speaker in Huelva capital! I've lived here 4 years and it seems like expats sort of keep to themselves here and blend in...or there just aren't really many English speakers here. :)
