:coolsmile: Hi there just a few observations on things i have seen and heard in my many years in spain
1, yes we eat funny food out here, if you only want english food why did you come, if i went to london and demanded tortillas or piellas what would my answer be.
2, our police are differant to yours they do not like abuse nor do they like being told they are corrupt, yes some are but so are some english police also they are not pc but they are fair talk calmly and be reasonable you may be suprised.
3,you will have to try to learn spanish and try to intigrate i have met people who only mix with expats why? the rural spanish people are kind and loving people if you try they will help , yes some will not but ask .
4,in the big citys like barcelona there are bigots and thugs just as in paris or london , some are displeased at imigrants taking up the houses and keeping there children out of cheap houses, same in england,also with the increase of imigration has come an increase of certain crimes same the world over.
rural spain is a wonderfull place to live if only you will let it be
