Hiya Folks,

Some of you may know me from recent posts in the ‘moving’ and ‘lifestyle’ forums but I thought this one might be more appropriate in here.  As we are planning a move to Spain in January 2009, and we are currently looking for a new aupair, we would love to have a Spanish aupair for our last few months in the UK - to help both kids and adults prepare for our big move!

In short we are a friendly family in Surrey with 2 daughters, and used to having aupairs… if anybody knows any Spanish young woman (or man) who fancies spending 5-6 months in the UK learning English and about English culture, please PM me for further details.

And if anybody has any suggestions of where to advertise in Spain on or off-line - cheaply or ideally free!  Saving up to relocate is hard! - I’d love to know about that too,

thanks everyone

Let me know if there’s something you don’t understand.  I’d be glad to help you out.

That’s really, really kind of you Rubi and very much appreciated.

Fortunately as of yesterday afternoon we at last have an aupair arranged- our last one, we hope, because part of our plans for relocation to Spain is to simplify our household and no longer have to have live-in childcare.  So assuming all goes to plan with the nice young woman we met yesterday we won’t be needing to advertise further.  But I will hold on to that link because you never know when it might be handy, and once again thanks very much for the suggestion,

Mx
