Hotels accepting Pets in Barcelona?

Hi everybody, I will be traveling with my wife and my dog (a small poodle) to Barcelona, and continuing to Alicante the next day. Since we are coming from the Philippines we will be very tired and are looking for a hotel to sleep a few hours, but it seems to be that Spaniards are not very dog friendly, so I could not find a single hotel where this is possible.
any help will be very appreciated,

After some Internet search, I found out that the Best Western in Barcelona does accept pets.

Hi, a great website I use all the time when travelling with my baby dog is www.aceptanperros.com. It runs off the more popular www.booking.com with good rates, but it specifies those that accept furry buddies.
