Can anyone tell me what the winter weather is like in the Pinoso / Yecla region of the inland Costa Blanca.  I have been told it gets very cold, and can be snowy.

It is much cooler than the coast. You would need heating in the winter - but daytime will be bright and sunny. Maybe a little snow but not that much is average.
