Hi ,

I am an indian and in deep love with Spanish citizen .We intend to get married in december in india .
I had approached the embassy of spain in india and they have given these are the certificates
which are required PCC,Medical Certificate,Marriage Certificate,Date of Birth certificate and I had asked which all documents she needs to bring and they told nothing from her side .

But i am not sure as Spain laws are full of documentation .And it seems there are 2 ways to get to Spain
one is if I give my all certificates to Spanish Embassy in India or I send all documents to Spain and there my fiancee files
the docuement with the Ministry of External affairs .

I would like to know which all documents are required from my spouse side in india and which will be faster process and
how much time does it takes so that I can stay with her in spain .
