I have lived near to Girona for three years and have generally enjoyed it.
I considering, soon to put my house on the market primarily inteding to move to Galicia.
Recently I came up with a business idea along with a long term friend in France, this would require us to pool finances and me to relocate to france.
I have been advised by both barroom and popular opinion that this will attract punative tax penalties, I will before making any move seek qualified advice but just wondered if anyone in the great ‘Outthere’ had any practcal experience of selling/ taxation in these circumstance. The Spanish home is my sole residence and I pay tax on an income in England.
