Hello, new to the forum but the question I have is relevant to my daughter so I hope you don’t mind but might be able to help. She’s currently in Madrid on her University work placement. Could anyone give me guidance for her getting Internet and perhaps the telephone number for Telephonica (I believe they have an english line). She would need to have the telephone line reconnected in her flat so she can try to get her internet set up. She is in the process of getting her bank account set up but are there any other requirements? Any pitfalls or anything to look out for and be aware of? At the moment she’s using her mobile phone so it’s costing a fair bit?
Any info or help much appreciated
Thanks

Telef?nica are slow and not the best to deal with website is http://www.telefonica.es/acercadetelefonica/eng/
