My wife and I are selling our villa in Sharm El Sheikh and moving to Spain, around the Denia, Javea we think at the moment. We are looking at renting long term, we normally spend at least a couple of years in each locality before we embark on a new adventure. We are both in our early 60’s well OK I’m 65 and retired a few years ago. We are very keen to have email correspondance with like people in the area who can advise us. We know we won’t get the daily sunshine we do at the moment and the very low cost of living but don’t know just how much the difference will be, so first hand up to date knowledge is very useful. If anyone would be willing to aid us in our quest we would be very grateful.
