Hello,

I am new to this site and am quite impressed with all of the info. that is being freely exchanged… good stuff! 

I spent the last year in Spain (4 months in Tarifa, 7 in Sevilla) and loved it!  Went back to visit about 3 months ago and bought about 7 collectable (antique) knives to bring back to the U.S. as gifts.  As my luck would have it, I left the bag with the knives in Sevilla and have spent the last 3 months trying to figure out how to get them to the U.S.

Does anyone know anything about this type of situation?  My friends in Sevilla have tried FedEx, UPS, and even the knife store where I purchased them and have gotten no where.  Apparently it is illegal and illegal enough for them to be arrested for transporting arms.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
