Can anybody recommend a cost-effective way to do this - my husband’s work will involve him in calling a lot of UK mobile numbers, during the working day, for brief interviews.  All the VOIP packages I can find seem to be landline only, but I wondered if anybody had come across a good-value provider, either subscription or PAYG, to enable someone in Spain to ring mobiles in the UK without busting the bank..?

Dont forget that the person receiving a mobile call in the UK must also pay for the UK portion of the call too; calls to mobiles in the UK from Spain are very expensive whether the call originates from a landline or another mobile. Voice or text it makes little difference.
We have a Telefonica Landline and two Movistar (also Telefonica) Mobiles; when my wife is in the UK it costs her about ?30 per week to receive calls from Spain.
We are very cost conscious and keep calls to minimum, but it still costs an arm and a leg…

any voip systems would have a uk rate that lined line are mobile are same price
why not lease a Uk line from spain , there many company out there that do it
