dial the 1004 wait for all the spanish messages to finish and then say English, you will get another message in Spainish just press 1 and that should get you to someone that speaks English! .........goodluck

I called the 1004 number regarding my phone last week and again this morning. The automated message system, in Spanish, appears to have changed. Anyone any idea as to how to use this?
