Residencia

This has probably been asked many times but I cannot track anything on it.

Please someone help

I am looking to apply for residencia and rather than pay someone money to do this for me I would like to do it for myself. I live in Quesada and am wondering where I will need to go to apply for residencia and what exactly I need to take with me. I have heard many different locations where I can achieve this ranging from my local town hall in Quesada to Rojales town hall Elche, Alicante and Orihuela I am confused.
