New to Madrid, need telephone, Internet and mobiles…where to start

We moved here a month ago. My husband is a native but hasn?t lived here for 18 years. WE need a landline and Internet service (we use Skype so international calls are no biggie). We need two mobile phones as well. Do we really need a separate landline and mobile system. Has anyone used the Vodafone combo or is there another out there?
