I would like to share my feeling about my ISP providers , like I was in search of Isp provider who can give his best connectivity at affordable price , so at last one fine day I've find a ISP provider who provides the best service at affordable price , like unlimited service .

Here in Spain I would just go with Telefonica, as bad as they may be. I've had much worse experiences using a third party ISP's. They all route through their lines anyway. If you think customer service is bad with telefonica just try dealing with one of these small outfits if something happens to go pear shaped with your connection.
