I understand from Horizontal Property Law and Community By Laws that only the President can call an EGM or 25% of the
owners.

It would appear that our President has not been truthful with the expenses of the community.  I am not saying that he is
personally spending community money, but accordingly to the last figures given at the AGM, the reserve fund had 230,000 euros.  However, we have now been told (through someone in the administration office) that the reserve fund is virtually non existent.

In such cases, is there a way in which a single or a small group of owners can call an EGM.
