a telefonica customer care number that works !

Hi, I found this customer care number for Telefonica clients who are not Spanish. It is 917 073 921 and as my phone line was dead I thought I would give it a try. So at 8.30 pm I phoned, pressed the right number for English and got to speak to a human being. I explained my problem (dead line) and was told leave it to them.

Well, what can I say. 9.30 am the next morning an engineer phoned my mobile to say he would be there in the afternoon, fat chance I thought, BUT low and behold 2.30 he arrived and 4pm I was back on the phone. Well done Telefonica, and all in English except the engineer but hey we live in Spain.

Hope many others have the same success as I did.

Cool! Presumably this is only for telephone service though, not ADSL/Imagenio??

I would think you will get help with ADSL as well, my line has it and they made sure both line and ADSL was working. Let's hope you do not need to find out :-)
