Hi everyone

Has anyone dealt with the spanish system in regards to registering a business regarding Health regulations and having liability insurance.

I am a body piercer and wish to start up here in spain but as of yet knowing that a Health registration certificate is needed in england and liability insurance i am hitting brickwalls here.. I have been told that spain does not require you to have these but i do not want to go ahead and start incase this is misguided information.

Any help or advice on this matter will be greatly appreciated thankyou
