Marijuana in Galicia?

I live in the US, and am visiting some family in Galicia (Lugo) for the holidays.

I would like to get the chance to smoke some herb over there, but I'm not sure my cousins smoke...

My question is, if bud or hashish is easy to come by up there? What's the pricing?

From what i hear average price is around 3euro per gram.Know idea on how easy to come by.From what im told they can grow upto 2-3 plants for personal use.
