Hello All,

This really is great website for anyone wanting to move out to Spain, so finding this very useful.

Looking to move from England next year around June however having trouble finding out details on health issues.
My wife has type 2 diabetes so gets her tablets for free & I have to take high blood pressure tablets, I pay for tabs every 2 months but the wife gets her stuff for free. Basically what do we have to do to get our repeat prescriptions & at what cost?

I trust my blood pressure will come down eventually just living in Spain! However just concerned about costs for the diabetic service in Spain.

We are both in our 30’s and hope we will pick up the lingo by June next year to move out (want to learn the language first).
By the way thinking of moving to Sevilla so any decent rental services available around there for at least a 6 month contract please let me know,

Thanking anyone in advance for a reply.

All the best,

Richard

Hi

If our cominng to spain, you will need to check this medical matter out, i think that your going to have to pay for your prescriptions if your only in your 30s but on the other hand the prescriptions are cheaper than uk, regarding your blood pressure living in seville with all the great things you can do there and fiestas…. my friends suffers from the same and she pays about 2o euros for every 3 months she gets her blood pressure tabs, hope this was of some help
