hello i need to know what kind of visa i should get if any to go on a pay optional extern ship. my extern ship requires that i find i place of employment to work for a minimum of three months. since it’s optional for the employer to pay i need to know if i opt to work as an unpaid employee is it possible and do i still need a work visa?
