Hi I’m Elaine, 40 years old, married to David and live in the UK. I am a qualified personal trainer level 3 reps UK registered looking for 6 months free accommodation in Spain (apartment) preferably coast, in return for free personal training and nutrition advice, commencing June 09. I generally work with clients who are wanting body fat loss and muscle toning. I will commit to working with you on a weekly basis showing you how to eliminate those long and boring gym sessions by introducing you to a dynamic way of exercising that will give you maximum results in minimum time, leaving you time to get on with the things that matter. The training offered is suitable for both men and women off all ages.
