Please can some one help me.  What do i need to have to work in the Health care profession. I now work in radiology as a Nuclear Medicine assistant. I have Health and Social Degree. I am moving to alicante and wondered what i need to have to get in the health service. I speak no spanish, but will learn. I this a big disadvantage. Please can someone give me advice.

I think without speaking Spanish you are going to have a big problem - suggest serious research before you make the move and contact the Spanish National health Service or private hospitals (of which there are many)
