Hello,
I am an American citizen and this will be my third year in Spain under a study / investigation visa. Prior and during these studies I have taught in the US and Spain, often traveling to the US to teach masters level courses in software. More and more I am getting requests from clients that want to purchase the software from me, as well as the training.
The software company has offices in the US and Spain. What would I need to do to legally sell this software in Spain to Spanish clients?
