I am letting my house and need to change the billing for adsl and same pone numberover to the tenant. Has any one any idea how to go about this... are there any simple procedures?
Incidently Telefonica bill me for a pone i never had from them , an adult filter and virus protection that i also never asked for. I have rang 1004 and got thro to the english speaking operator only to be left in a 'hole'.

The best bet would be to get the tennent to telephone Telefonica and telling them he is the new tennant and then changing all details( name +bank. ) If the line is disconnected the new tennant will probably have to pay for reconnection. Shouldn't be anymore hassle than that.
